Hi, I’m January.

For a long time, I was married with kids and doing what moms do.

I was building a life I genuinely loved and raising three incredible kids. But while I was caring for everyone around me, I slowly stopped paying attention to what my own body was trying to tell me.

From the outside, my life probably looked pretty normal.

But behind closed doors, my marriage was falling apart, and the chronic stress was taking a toll on my health in ways I didn’t yet understand.

I developed anxiety unlike anything I'd ever experienced. I regularly had panic attacks so intense I thought I was having a heart attack. There was constant chest pressure, headaches, overwhelming fatigue, hair was falling out and night after night I slept only three or four hours. This was my new norm.

I know now that my body wasn’t failing me. It was trying to protect me. It was responding to years of chronic stress the only way it knew how.

It was stuck in survival mode for too long.

At the time, I didn't understand that.

I do now.

When my marriage ended, I lost so much of the life I thought I'd have.

But somewhere inside that loss, something unexpected happened.

I found myself.

Not all at once.

And it didn’t happen quickly.

One run. One quiet morning. One journal entry. One healthy meal. One deep breath. One honest conversation. One sunrise. One choice at a time.

For the first time in my adult life, in the silence I all of the sudden had, there was space to ask myself questions I'd never asked before.

Who am I?

What does this stressed-out body need?

What do I want now?

How do I get back to me?

Those questions changed everything.

I stopped looking for quick fixes and started paying deep attention to those questions.

I learned that health isn't just about food.

It's how we sleep. How we breathe. How safe our nervous system feels. The products we bring into our homes. The people we surround ourselves with. The thoughts we repeat. The sunlight we wake up to. The time we spend outside. The way we speak to ourselves.

I realized wellness isn't something we achieve.

It's something we practice day after day.

Little by little, my body began to heal.

The anxiety faded. The panic attacks disappeared. The light came back into my eyes.

And for the first time in a very long time...I felt like me.

Water + Sky was born from that journey.

It isn't about being perfect.

It isn't about another diet, another morning routine or another list of things you 'should' be doing.

It's about creating a life that feels peaceful enough for your body to finally exhale.

Maybe parts of my story sound familiar.

If you’re tired of living in survival mode…if you long to feel calm in your own body again…if you’re ready for less noise and more life…you’re in the right place.

As an Integrative Health Coach, and someone who's walked through burnout, chronic stress and starting over — I know healing isn't linear.

I can’t promise healing will happen overnight.

Mine didn’t.

But I can promise you this: small, intentional changes really do matter in a big way.

They changed my life.

I’d be honored to walk beside you as you create a life that feels more peaceful, more connected and more like your own.

I'm so glad you're here.

Welcome to Water + Sky.
